We offer three different levels of completion for skoolie homes. Beginning with a partial build and ending with a full conversion; each can be customized to suit your needs. Our tiers are:
Tier 1: Starts at $1,300 per linear foot of vehicle and will take approximately 12-16 weeks depending on length of bus. Demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC is included. Finishing touches like trim, cabinets, and interior paint are excluded.
Tier 2: Starts at $1,500 per linear foot of vehicle and will take approximately 16-20 weeks. Tier 1 + the finishing touches like walls, cabinets, interior paint, etc. This is a NOAH certified, fully built home.
Tier 2+: Tier 2 plus customization. Outside paint, solar panels, roof deck, under belly storage, generators, roof ladder, etc. This is a NOAH certified, fully built home. Price and time frame are dependent upon ‘Upgrades/Extras’ chosen. Please inquire about the ‘Upgrades/Extras’ available.
Mobile Businesses: Starts at $1,500 per linear foot of vehicle and will take approximately 12-16 weeks depending on length of bus.
Skoolie Inspections: It’s important to have the mechanical state of the bus looked over by a mechanic, but it’s also important to have the home looked over by a skoolie builder. We can inspect buses that have already been converted (whether by a DIYer or a company) or we can inspect the bus to provide estimations of value for insurance companies. Starts at $300.
Exterior paint is not included in any of our build packages. A one tone wrap job is offered as an “extra”.
